Biosun Pharmed’s biotechnology production complex, equipped with the world’s finest machinery and equipment, utilizing specialized personnel and complying with international standards, has been constructed as one of the country’s massive pharmaceutical projects in the Barkat Pharmaceutical Industrial City. Through domestic production, it has not only reduced foreign currency expenditure and promoted national independence but has also provided employment opportunities for thousands of people.

Biosimilar and mAb Production Plant

Biosimilar drugs are produced through genetic engineering and biotechnological processes. The project for establishing the production line for various biosimilar products covers an area of 6,400 square meters, including dedicated lines for fermentation, upstream, and downstream processes based on both Bacterial and Mammalian systems.

Peptide Drug Production Plant

Peptides are small polymers formed by amino acids linked in a specific sequence through peptide bonds. Peptides possess high pharmaceutical potential, to the point where they can be considered as replacements for a major portion of chemical drugs. Biosun Pharmed has established a peptide drug production plant covering a total area of 4,500 square meters. This facility features fully automated production lines utilizing state-of-the-art global technology and international standards.

Vaccine Production Plant

Vaccination is one of the most effective and cost-efficient ways to combat various diseases. Currently, vaccines are considered strategic commodities worldwide, and countries have made massive investments in the production of these products. Biosun Pharmed has constructed and launched the first phase of its vaccine production line with a total area of 1,600 square meters.

R&D and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Production Site (Biosun Darou)

To continuously assess the needs of the pharmaceutical market, develop technical expertise, and subsequently produce various products, Biosun Pharmed has constructed and equipped a dedicated R&D site while attracting specialized domestic talent.
